Here at Horizon, we’re lucky enough to feel that our jobs are an extension of our passions. For me, the job has a more personal resonance.

I was born and raised in Colombia and saw first-hand the effects of poverty on individuals and communities. I took what few opportunities I found and found my way into the financial service industry.

Today, I look at my job as a way of giving back. By supporting and developing new business acquisition strategies, I can offer the opportunities I received to those less fortunate, and create a more equitable future for all of us.
